The secret to long-term sustaining healthy body image

After working with hundreds of women and walking my own body image journey for the last 20 years, I’ve come to discover the anchor that we must develop if we want to live in this culture and be at peace with ourselves. Curious? I hope so!

I’m excited to share this with you!  My hope is that it inspires and fortifies you for your unique transformative journey of healing your relationship to your body.

Hi, I’m Julia! I’m a passionate advocate of women’s sovereignty. Claiming our sovereignty and true power begins with claiming our bodies as our own. Getting to know them. Learning to care for them. Nourishing them as we would any other meaningful relationship in our lives. This is rebellious work. The work of archetypal fierce, wild women, walking this world disguised as ordinary women.

You are no ordinary woman. If you are reading this, something has called you to want more for yourself than a restricted way of living.  Something has called you to go beyond the limited oppressive view of women’s bodies in our culture; beyond the wounds that keep you small in spirit.  You have been called to embark on a deep and transformative journey.

I invite you to start here, with this guide full of practical ideas that will help you begin to shift how you engage with your body, leading to immediate relief.

Without this guide, you might continue to struggle with body shame, stuck in a cycle of self-criticism and restriction. You might not know that you were meant for better things. You might not know that you do not have to continue to believe the harmful beliefs that were handed to you. You might not reach for the resources that you need to support you.

With it, you just might embark on a journey that leads you home to what you’ve been seeking your whole life.

What are you waiting for, dear one?

With love,

Julia
